The Tahoe is powered by a 5.3L V8 engine that offers 355 HP at 5600 rpm and 383 lb.-ft. of torque at 4100 rpm. There are two other available engine options for enhanced performance: a 6.2L V8 gas engine and a 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine. The 6.2L engine yields 420 HP at 5600 rpm with 460 lb.-ft. of torque at 4100 rpm, while the 3.0L Duramax boasts 277 HP at 3750 rpm and 460 lb.-ft. of torque at 1500 rpm.

Interior

The Chevy Tahoe has a 2-3-3 seating configuration that creates room for up to eight passengers. The front bucket seats include a 10-way power driver seat and an 8-way power passenger seat with Forward/Back, Up/Down, recline, and lumbar settings. The second and third rows are both 60/40 manual-folding splits that can be folded down on one or both sides to enlarge your cargo area.

Convenient interior features of the 2024 Tahoe include tri-zone automatic climate control and a 4.2-inch driver information center.
